3 Year Limited Warranty

New Customer ApplicationAll Quality Enclosures, Inc.™ products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and the first consumer owner only. If a product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period we will, at our option, repair it or replace it. Quality Enclosures Inc.™ will not be liable for labor charges or freight costs incurred in connection with repair or replacement of a product. Lifetime Brass is guaranteed not to tarnish or corrode throughout the life of ownership.

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Damage or wear resulting from improper installation, lack of maintenance, glass breakage, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident occurring after installation.
2. Damage or wear due to use outside normal architectural requirements.
3. Tarnish or discoloration of clear coated, Brass, Copper and Nickel finishes.
4. Water damage or spotting.
5. Defects or damage resulting from modification or use outside of the intended purpose of the product.
6. Squeaks or noises caused by lack of lubrication.

Quality Enclosures Inc.™ sole responsibility is as set forth above. In no event shall Quality Enclosures Inc.™ be liable for consequential damages.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. There are no other warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
